The Best Natural Pain Relief Technique

According to the National Center for Health Statistics (2006), one in every four Americans has suffered from pain that lasts longer than 24 hours. That is 76.2 million people, just in the USA, many of whom suffer from conditions that cause ongoing, severe chronic pain. Given these staggering statistics, it stands to reason, America needs to be educated on natural pain relief techniques.

There are countless conditions and diseases that cause chronic pain, and often sufferers of these issues experience very little relief from traditional medicine, or they experience relief for a while, until their body adapts to the treatments. These people often experience extreme and horrible side effects, and little to no permanent relief from their pain!

If you are one of those millions of people who suffer from chronic pain, you know exactly what I’m talking about. This ongoing struggle is long, exhausting, and frustrating, isn’t it?

What if I told you that I had a natural pain relief technique that could provide immediate relief, without the side effects? And what if, on top of that, I told you that this solution could be administered by you, with little to no help from a professional, anytime, anywhere you need it?

Allow me to introduce you to Thought Field Therapy (TFT). TFT is quick. It’s easy. It’s painless. It has no side-effects. And best of all, it’s free. This natural pain relief method could change your life. Today I’m going to share the tapping pattern for pain relief with you.

But first, let’s take a look at Trish’s story:

Trish has Reflective Sympatric Dystrophy (RSD), an incurable disease that eventually will continue to spread and kill her. There is no cure. If you want to get an idea of the pain Trish dealt with on a daily basis, go into your kitchen, turn your oven on to about 400 degrees, stick your arm in, and leave it there. Then, imagine that pain spreading from one arm to another, then to your chest, stomach, legs, until you feel it throughout your body.

Get the idea? Trish has lost the function of one kidney and experienced constant pain, every day. Over the course of her treatment, Trish had seen many doctors and gotten to a point where many doctors didn’t think it was possible that she could need the levels of pain meds she required.

When I started seeing Trish, she had a pain management plan that included a combination of traditional and natural pain relief methods. We added tapping into her plan. Now, because of Trish’s condition, we were never able to completely relieve her pain; however, we were able to reduce her pain and discomfort significantly and consistently. One day Trish came into my office experiencing a high level of physical pain, as well as emotional upset over feeling completely out of control of her body. We went through the pain relief tapping series and got her pain down to a 4-5 on the 1-10 scale. At this point we were able to focus in on how out of control she felt. Trish reminded me that as a child, her father often traveled for work and when he was away, her mother would frequently get drunk and abuse her, verbally and physically. The out of control feeling caused by her pain was forcing her to re-experience the out of control feeling associated with her mother’s abuse. She was reverting to her childhood, in essence becoming that child experiencing the abuse. We tapped for the “little girl” part of her that was activated by those emotions, and along with relieving the emotional upset, Trish pain reduced even further as a result. With the pain and upset relieved, Trish and I were able to come up with a new plan to get her the physical and emotional help she needed.

As I mentioned before, this natural pain relief method is quite simple. It involves tapping on meridian points on your body while focusing on the pain.

Tapping For Nature Pain Relief:

Step 1. Focus on your pain and rate it on a scale of 1-10 (1=no pain, 10=worst pain you can imagine)

Step 2. Using your fingertips, tap:

  1. The side of your hand 10 times
  2. Under your nose 10 times
  3. The Gamut Spot 50 times
  4. Under your collarbone 10 times

Step 3. Do the 9 Gamut Series. While continuously tapping the gamut spot:

  1. Close your eyes
  2. Open your eyes
  3. With only your eyes, look down to the left (keep your head straight)
  4. With only your eyes, look down to the right (keep your head straight)
  5. Roll your eyes in a complete circle in one direction
  6. Roll your eyes in a complete circle in the other direction
  7. Hum a couple bars of any tune
  8. Count to five
  9. Hum again

Step 4. Using your fingertips, tap:

  1. The side of your hand 10 times
  2. Under your nose 10 times
  3. The Gamut Spot 50 times
  4. Under your collarbone 10 times

Step 5. Focus on your pain again, and rate it just as you did in Step 1.

Repeat Steps 2-5 until:

A. Your pain waiting is a 1-2 (then go to Step 6)

B. You pain rating stops changing (this doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong, nor does it mean that your pain can’t be helped using TFT. It simply means that this tapping series is no longer working for you. Please reach out to us for a consultation so that we can determine what might help.)

Step 6. While continuously tapping the gamut spot and keeping your head straight, look down at the floor with your eyes, and then slowly roll your eyes up to the ceiling.

It really is amazing what TFT can do. The truth is, you’ll never know if it will work for you until you try it, and you absolutely cannot hurt yourself by using TFT. You literally have nothing to lose so go ahead and give this natural pain relief method a shot! If you need more guidance, you can find the basic tapping algorithm video here, more training videos on our YouTube Channel, or contact us now for a consultation to see what we can do to meet your specific needs.

  1. Small edit—3rd paragraph from end, the word should be rating, not waiting.

I am a firm believer in TFT. I attended your class in Dallas a couple years ago. Thank you for your earnest and effective work.
